Pasteurization of Packaged Products with Microwave Technology

Pasteurization of packaged products with microwave technology is emerging as a quick, efficient, and safe process. Our exclusive system controls the deformation of the packaging (tray, thermoformed, pouch, etc.). This patented "clean technology" is non-ionizing (no Radura label needed), kills pathogens, extends the shelf life of food, and doesn't cook or change product quality. This is accomplished from a cavity design that treats at a lower-than-normal kill temperature. Learn more about the science here.

The absence of water or steam during the process enables the utilization of innovative and sustainable packaging materials, such as cardboard and various combinations thereof.

This technology is completely electric and, combined with its high-energy efficiency, it will assist you in reducing your carbon footprint.
