Odyssey is a global provider of cutting-edge microwave-based food safety equipment, utilizing MicroZap technology. Additionally, it is the largest third-party repair center in the world for RF, DC, and Microwave power supplies, as well as RF matches. 

Founded in 2000, this veteran-owned company has experienced tremendous growth, becoming an industry leader in the semiconductor industry. Currently, it is spearheading the deployment of post-package pasteurization equipment. About MicroZap 

MicroZap, Inc. has developed a new microwave process to treat food, eliminating deadly pathogens, thus making food safe to eat and eliminating costly recalls. MicroZap has successfully treated E. coli, Salmonella, Listeria, Clostridium, and many more. In addition, MicroZap's treatment reduces mold to extend the shelf life of treated products, allowing the removal of preservatives while maintaining product shelf life. The process is "clean label," so no labeling is required, unlike irradiated products. The process can be utilized in the final packaging to eliminate cross-contamination. MicroZap's treatments are tailored to customer needs to maintain food quality without cooking or changing it. The technology is covered by 14 US and international patents. Partners include the State of Texas as one of its largest investors.
